Sheri Greves-Neilson has been a professional artist for more than 20 years. Throughout those years she has won many awards for her drawings and paintings. Her favorite medium is pencil. She also works in oil. Sheri's work has appeared on the cover of Western Horseman ( July 2002), and in such magazines as Art of the West, American Artist, and Equus. Her art was included in the "Colored Pencil 4" book published by the Colored Pencil Society of America. The best part of her job is gathering the material she uses to create her art. She travels to her friend's ranches for branding and other ranch activities. Her home is a small ranch in northern California, where she lives with her husband, David, horses, miniature donkeys, cats, and dogs.
Traditional Western Art Prints such as Cowboy Art, Native American, Cowboy Prints and Cowgirl Prints, along with Vintage Cowboy Art and Vintage Western Art, are all part of what makes Mainstreet Gallery unique.
Western Pencil art by Sheri Greves-Neilson is part of that special western flare. The intense dark and lights create
a portrait of her subject that appears sculptured.
